I’ve estimated the $’s per hour of effort required and total $’s in a year you could earn or save from the ideas in each article. You can find these estimates below each article’s title like below: 
To quickly find the best ideas to pursue, select Saving or Earning on the top menu, then select Top $/hr or Top $/yr to access the articles that can save/earn the most money first.
Time limited? Focus on the highest $/hour articles first. These will save/earn you the most in the least amount of time. Compare this to your hourly wage. If higher, you’ll be making more money in an hour from the ideas in the article than your day job, and you’ll probably enjoy it more too!
Got time to spare? Start with the highest $/year articles first. These articles will give you the biggest $ boost to your finances even if some ideas take more time to implement.
You may wonder: why put Savings ideas in terms of $/hour and $/year just like Earnings ideas?
There’s an old adage: a penny saved is a penny earned. While true, I’d go one step further and venture that a penny saved is often better than a penny earned. Here’s why.
If you spend an hour working at your day job, you get an hour of pay. But if you spend that hour applying a money saving idea, you can benefit from that savings over and over every year of your life!
The first revelation: if you can save more money with an hour of effort than you earn in your day job in an hour, your time is better spent saving, not earning!
The second revelation: if you think about your hourly wage, every hour’s wage worth of savings you can find is one less hour of work you’ll need to do in your lifetime, giving you more time to do what matters to you most in life!
